Monogram LED walls

Fine-pitch panels built to whatever shape the room allows — a full backdrop behind the head table, or a pair flanking the stage. Your names, your colours, your photos through the night.

Uplighting

Warm and quiet through dinner, deeper once the dancing starts. Wireless fixtures around the perimeter, so there are no cable runs across your floor.

Stage & truss

Decking for the band or the head table, truss totems carrying the moving lights, and rigging that passes inspection. Set to whatever height your venue allows.

Sound for speeches

Clear at the back of the room and not painful at the front. Wireless handhelds for the toasts, and a system that still has the headroom for the DJ afterwards.

Three ways to build it

Start with the floor.
Add the picture behind it.

The same crew and the same gear list every time — the difference is how much of the room you want lit and how much of it you want to see yourselves on. Every package is quoted line by line, so moving between them is a conversation, not a rebuild.

Package 01

Six totems and a floor that moves

The dance-floor package. Three lit totems either side of the booth, a moving head on top of each, and a PA that covers the room without shouting at the head table.

Package 02

Everything above, plus a wall

A single wide LED wall lands behind the booth and the room gets a backdrop. Run your photos through the night, a slow colour wash during dinner, or content cut to the first dance.

Package 03

Split screens, both sides, your names on them

Two tall LED columns frame the floor instead of one wall behind it — so the picture reads from anywhere in the room, including the tables down the sides. Your monogram sits on both from the moment doors open.

How it works

What actually happens
between now and the first dance.

Step 01

We look at the room

Either in person or from the venue plan. Ceiling height decides whether truss can go up, the power available decides how much can go on, and the floor plan decides where the wall can sit without blocking a sightline. Most venues have rules; we already know most of them.

Step 02

You get a real number

An itemised quote — every panel, fixture, stand and crew hour listed separately, so you can see what a change costs before you make it. Not a range, and nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quote.

Step 03

We build it before you arrive

Load-in happens in the venue window, usually the morning of. Cable is taped and skirted, the rig is tested, and the lighting is programmed to the run sheet — ceremony, dinner, speeches, first dance, party — before a single guest walks in.

Step 04

Someone stays

A technician is there for the whole night, running cues and fixing anything that needs fixing quietly. When it is over we strike, and the room goes back to how we found it.

Every wedding is different, so there is no price list — a monogram wall and uplighting for 120 guests in a small room is a very different build from a full stage, LED and sound for 300. Tell us the venue and the date and we will price the actual job.
