Planned in 3D first
A booth, a stage or a whole room: we check the show's or venue's rules for your space and draw it in 3D for you to look over.

An LED wall, sized to the space
Built from modular LED panels to fit: a backwall in a 10×10 booth, a wider wall in a 10×20, a free-standing wall in an island, a wall behind the stage at a gala or conference.

Lighting and sound
From our own gear, if you want them: lights for the booth, the stage or the whole room, plus speakers and microphones for demos, speeches and panels.

Counter, carpet and graphics
For a trade show booth, we order the counter, carpet, furniture and printed graphics through the show's official contractor or our print partners, then follow up on each one, so you don't have to.

Power and paperwork
We order the power from the show or venue, file the forms the show asks for before its deadlines, and work out load-in times and house rules with the venue's team.

Your materials
Ship your brochures, signage and other materials to our warehouse, and send us your slides and videos. We bring it all with everything else.

Do you take care of the whole setup, or just the LED wall?
The whole setup, with one contact for all of it. We draw it in 3D, and our own crew brings, builds and runs the LED wall, plus lighting and sound if you want them. For a trade show booth we also order the counter, carpet, furniture and print through the show's official contractor or our print partners, and follow up on each order. We don't build booth structures or print graphics in our own shop, and we don't supply catering, decor, DJs or bands: we work alongside whoever does. We handle the power, the forms, your shipped materials and the teardown too.

Do you do galas, conferences and other events, not just trade shows?
Yes. Conferences, galas, fundraisers, award nights, product launches and corporate parties get the same care from A to Z: an LED wall behind the stage, lighting and sound, microphones for the speeches and panels and a technician on site, with load-in and load-out worked out with the venue.

What's left for us to do?
Tell us about the event and the space, send us the exhibitor kit or the venue's details, your videos and any artwork, and look over the 3D drawing. Everything else on the setup is on us.

What size of wall fits my booth or stage?
The wall is built from modular LED panels, so it is sized to your space, not picked off a list. In a 10×10 it can run across the back, like the one in the 3D booth above. A 10×20 can carry a wider wall, and an island gets a free-standing wall where the traffic is. On a stage, we size it to the room so the back row can read it. We check the show's or venue's rules for your space, then give you the exact size and options with your quote.

Can we use you instead of the show's or venue's own AV supplier?
We check that first: each show and venue sets its own rules for outside suppliers. Where a show asks for an exhibitor-appointed-contractor form, we file it. At a hotel or venue, we work its rules out with the events team. In a booth the wall stands on the floor, so there is no rigging order and no rigging fee.

What do we send you to put on the wall?
Whatever you have: a video loop, a product film, slides, nominee videos or still images. We tell you the wall's exact pixel size, format your files to it, and play them on the real wall before the event to check colour, text size and timing. On the day, it is loaded and tested before the doors open.

Where do you work?
Trade shows in convention centres, and conferences, galas and parties in hotels and event venues, with our own crew and gear. We're based in Toronto and the GTA, close to halls like the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Enercare Centre and the International Centre in Mississauga. Tell us the venue and the dates, and we plan the load-in around its schedule.
